A Cup of Food, Angeles City, I Love PH, Inspire Someone Today, It's More Fun in the Philippines, Pampanga, Purple Pad Thai
Craving for Thai dishes? I’m not so much into Thai foods but I’m fond of eating “bagoong” rice with unripe mango and fried pork. And when I saw this on the menu of Purple Pad Thai, I must admit that I began looking on the list to see what they can suggest.
My appetizer is their Thai Spring Roll composed of tender pork, with lettuce and tensile noodles wrapped in rice wrapper. Though I was not able to picture the dip, but this spring roll is partnered with a sweet and sour sauce. An order can already make you full since the ingredients are really heavy in the stomach.
For my main course, I ate Purple Pad Thai’s best seller, the Seafood Fried Rice.
They also have big serving for one order that can be shared by two persons.
My partner ordered Glazed Chicken for himself.
This was served in more than 3 pieces of glazed chicken with fried rice, buttered corn and few chips.
All in all, we were satisfied with our Thai food cravings and went home happy and full.
There are several branches of Purple Pad Thai that you can visit.
They are located in Marisol Subdivision, Angeles City; Balibago Angeles City and SM Clark.
