What is Tagaytay if you’ll not order Bulalo? So we went to Josephine’s restaurant to have dinner.

The place is huge and if you’re a first timer here, you would think that the foods are expected to be pricey. But it’s not 😉

The cold and breezy weather will be perfectly matched with a sip of Bulalo.

I’m sorry for my photo, the soup got cold already because of waiting for our companion but you can always ask the staffs of Josephine’s Restaurant to reheat. And the soup is refillable too! 😉

The meat is tender and full of fresh vegetables.
